good morrrrrrrrrrrrrninggggg

This post will most likely consist of zero deep comments as it is 6:10 at morning and i am "working". The coffee has yet to hit my veins and at this point i'm barely conscious but oh so happy to see that the internet works on our computer here in the fitness center once again after a much too long absence.

----the only guy in here is singing to his ipod while walking on the treadmill, and it's making me laugh in my delirousness....yessss, it's going to be a good morning----
another sign that it's going to be a good morning, besides the fact that i have coffee in my hand is that because the internet once again works on the computer, i was able to watch my favorite youtube video...aka Flight of the Conchords - business time.... :) if you haven't seen it...i'm putting it just below this because it makes me laugh, even though i've seen it so many times that i probably have it memorized...

on a more serious note....

I've been slowly reading this book by John Owen called The Glory of Christ. It's probably one of the best books i've ever read just because of the way Owen explains things in ways i'd never thought of. I quoted the book in one of my previous posts, and i'm going to again now because it's just greatness---and i'd never thought of this this way before---

"However, this is know, that God in His immense essence is invisible to our corporeal eyes, and will be so to eternity, and also incomprehensible to our minds. For nothing can perfectly comprehend that which is infinite but what is itself infinite. Wherefore the bleessed and blessing sight which we shall have of God will be always 'in the face of Jesus Christ.' Therein will that manifestation of the glory of God, in His infinite perfections and all their blessed operations, so shine into our souls and immediately fill us with peace, rest, and glory."

So powerful to me... and seriously, how great is our God that he would become man just (but not really just) so that we could behold His glory?! amazing!

~Last night at church, Patterson and Bleeker both said so many things that resonate with me and that i've been dealing with lately. It was so amazing for Bleeker to sing that Shane & Shane song because that's definitely something i constantly struggle with....like, seriously....constantly. Also, what Patterson said about constantly having crisis' of faith is so true as well. I think i'm trusting in the Lord so well, and then the next second i'm questioning Him...what is that? and why can't I just stop? Thank you Father for sending your Son to SAVE!!!~
